Internet + Technology NEWSMeta Just Opened Muse Up to DIY Hardware
Developers can now put the Muse agent onto Raspberry Pi, ESP32 boards, displays, buttons and other homemade devices.
Meta has released open-source code intended to let developers build their own Muse-powered hardware, according to The Verge. The suggested experiments range from E Ink reminder displays to HDMI sticks and small touchscreen devices. The company is also offering a limited Muse Home Link device designed to connect the agent with community-built skills for tasks such as controlling lights, televisions and printers. The significant part is not another AI gadget by itself. It is the attempt to turn an agent into a hardware layer that other people can physically remix, moving the interface away from a single company-designed device and onto the workbench.
